私の人物像や創る作品は分りにくいようです。絵画に例えるなら抽象画なのでしょう。 影響を受けた作品や以前から気になる存在を12項目選んで上げてみました。この中で、一つでも二つでも関心があるようなら サイレンス・スケイプワールドの理解者になれることでしょう。 項目の過半数に関心があるようならサイレンス・スケイプの公演の虜になること疑いなしです。是非、次回公演にお出かけ下さい。       長沢節 私淑する唯一の人。日本のファッション・イラストレーターの草分けと云ふ肩書を超えて存在自体が作品であった。性を超越し亡くなる瞬間まで軽やかな自由人であり続けた。いまも師の存在は心の支えとなっている。 陰影礼讃 谷崎潤一郎のニッポン礼讃文学。私を国粋主義者ヘと導いた書である。〜玉のように日の光を吸い取って夢見る如くほの明るさをはらんでいる瞑想的なオブゼ〜と羊羹を形容した件は見事。 杉葉子 好みの女性のアーキタイプであろうか。時代に似合わずモダンな容姿が災いして大成せず、デビュー作＜青い山脈＞が代表作になってしまった。伸びやかな肢体にクリーンな印象が魅力的であった。 戒壇院四天王立像 見仏人・みうらじゅん氏に「日本一男前の四天王」と云わしめた国宝天平塑像。はじめて訪れた２０数年前、感動で動けなくなり、この小さなお堂で半日を過ごした。本物とはこういうものだ、と教えられた＜真理の伝承＞とでも云える作品。 ヴァン・ゴッホ 油絵を描きはじめた頃、影響を受ける。作品と云うよりも不器用で悲劇的な人生に惹かれたようだ。死を遂げた最後の地＜ゴッホの家＞で食した豚肉と野菜のポトフーはとても美味しかった。 七人の侍 好きな黒澤作品数あれどベスト1はやはりコレ！昔から目的に向かって結束、行動するオトコの集団に憧れる。少年期に見た時は宮口精二のクールさに、ニ回目には志村喬の父性に、その後は千秋実の円満さに惹かれた。見る年代ごとに発見がある。 地球風俗曼陀羅 神戸ポートピア博覧会企画による三宅一生ディレクション、内藤忠行撮影による写真集。日本人のルーツであるモンゴロイドたちの民族衣装は気高い美しさに溢れていた。インド、ネパールへの旅につながった一冊との出会い。 天本英世 痩躯長身の男性が好きなようだ。特に異界からの使者のような役どころが日本人離れした体躯に似合っていた。トキオ・クマガイのショーにモデルとして使われたのも適任であった。その筋肉質な声で語られるロルカの詩を生で聴いてみたかった。 コシミハル 数年前、出版されるCDのすべてを持っていた。同世代で数少ない共感出来るクリエーター。彼女の構築する音空間には洗練された上質のエスプリを感じる。昨年はじめて、地元で公演を目にすることが出来た。もっと賞賛、評価されていいはずである。 友部正人 ぶっきらぼうな歌声から紡がれる詩の世界は、記憶や生活の襞に沁み入る。〜暮れゆくこの街の空を眺めながら　ぼくはひとりカレーライスを食べている〜つつましやかな日常のスケッチに果てしない宇宙的視座が拡がる。 植田正治 写真界のモダニスト。鳥取砂丘を舞台にした戦前からのシュールな作品群には古さを感じさせない。晩年のメンズ・ビギのシゴトも冴えていた。ここ数年、敬愛する人たちが次々と世を去ってゆく。 浅草十二階 いままでイチバン影響を受け続けている建築である。と云っても関東大震災で倒壊し現存していないのだが、その摩訶不思議な存在感には時を超えて魅了される。大正魔界都市の闇が脳神経を刺激する。 Well, It seems like my creation is quite difficult to understand. If I have to give an example, my work can be classified as “an abstract painting”. I choose 12 things which influenced me much. If you are interested in one or two out of the twelve, you will know the world of SILENCESCAPE. If you are interested in more than half of the twelve things, you will be fascinated by the SILENCESCAPE performances. If you do so, please come to the next performance. Setsu Nagasawa Setsu Nagasawa was one of the path finding Japanese fashion illustrators, but his works were more than drawings. Until the moment of his death, he crossed the border of sexuality and he lived freely. I have not met in person; however, I respect him as my mentor in my mind. Ineiraisann Ineiraisann is a book written by Japanese author, Junichiro Tanizaki.　He praised Japan in this novel. He described yokan, Japanese sweet jelly bean paste as an object which absorb the light and cradle the dreamy light. I think his description of yokan was extra ordinary. Yoko Sugi Yoko Sugi is a Japanese actress who might have been my archetype of female image. Her modern appearance didn’t suit at the time, her first appearance on post WWII movie, Aoisanmyaku, became the most famous film which she starred. Her clean style and long legs were very impressive. Kaidaninshitennohritsuzo It is a national treasure Buddha statue. It was once described by Jun Miura, observer of Buddha statues, as “the most handsome statue out of Four Heavenly Kings”. When I first went to see the statue, I could not move since it was too beautiful. I truly could tell what authentic means by looking at this work. It taught me the meaning of “passing the truth down from generation to generation” Van Gogh I got influence by Van Gogh when I started oil painting. At the time, I was fascinated by his tragic life rather than his paintings. I had delicious dish of pot-au-feu of pork and vegetable at “Van Gogh” House where he passed away. Seven Samurai I like Kurosawa movies but Seven Samurai is my favorite. I get fascinated by a team of men who all try to achieve the goal. When I was young, I adored Seiji Miyaguchi’s coolness. Later on, I was interested in fatherhood of Takashi Shimura and calmness of Minoru Chiaki. As I get older, I find something new each time I see this movie. Chikyu Fuzoku Mandala Chikyu Fuzoku Mandala is a book of photography of Tadayuki Naito, directed by fashion designer Issei Miake and produced by Kobe Portopia Exhibition. It was filled with beautiful ethnic clothes of Mongoloid, which is the origin of Japanese race came from. The book led me to the trip to India and Nepal. Hideyo Amamoto I think I tend to like thin and tall men. Hideyo Amamoto was an actor who suited to be a messenger from different world. He was a model of Tokio Kumagai’s fashion show. I wish I could have listen to him reading poems of Spanish poet, Lorca. Miharu Koshi I used to have all of her CDs. She is one of few creators of my age who I can feel sympathy. I can feel sophisticated esprit in the structure she builds up. Last year, I went to her concert for the first time in rural place. She should be credited her work more. Masato Tomobe His carefree singing voice strikes chord in the hearts of the listeners.~In the twilight, I look up the sky and I eat curry and rice by myself.~In the modest everyday life scenes, I find a viewpoint of his. Shouji Ueda He is a modernist of the world of photography. His works of Tottori Dune pre-W.W.II don’t give an impression of oldness. Later in his life, his work of Mens Bigi was skillful. In recent years, many of people whom I respect pass away. Asakusa Jyunikai This is the architecture which influenced me most. However, the building was destroyed by the Great Kanto Earthquake in 1923. Even though the building doesn’t exist now, I get fascinated by it.
